a course from Scribd Coach. My name is Sarah Good. I’m an occupational therapist and mindfulness teacher. In this course, we’ll discuss the practice of mindfulness, the science behind it, the benefits of a mindfulness practice for your mental and physical wellbeing, and how to get started realizing those benefits through some simple techniques.
Before we do anything, I first want to express my gratitude that you are here with me today. I am excited to share these resources with you. I learned about mindfulness techniques while working as an occupational therapist and it has become one of the most powerful tools I possess in my practice, for both myself and my clients.
